The hotel has a very strategic location. It is near the Sentral station. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also ensure the rooms are very clean. I appreciate the viewing deck.
The air conditioning had a timer. It switched off through the night. It disturbed my sleep.

I found the staff so kind. They greeted me with such warmth! the check-in flowed smoothly. It was a very quick process. i even received a room upgrade to a double beautiful room. the location is just perfect near transport links.
My room did not have a window, it was an issue for me. I also could hear noise from the corridor. the walls felt thin, not ideal.

The location is very strategic. It is accessible to many forms of transportation. it includes the kl sentral. I am grateful for that. the staff were courteous and warm. I liked their service. the room was good and clean. It was a good value.
The room was too small for a couple with extra luggage. the water heater was not working for three days until we complained. we complained two times. The second time we demanded to change to another room. they fixed it the next day.
